Registration
Welcome to Sharkabet, follow this few simple steps to register yourself and start playing this fun game.
1 – Enter a unique nickname (they are case sensitive)
2 – Enter your email address (please use a email address that you have access to since you will receive a confirmation email on that address)
3 – Accept the Sharkabet Privacy Policy
4 – Click Register
5 – Check your email. Go to your inbox (check your Junk-box as well) and look for a confirmation email
6 – Click on the link in the mail (the email will activate your account)
7 – Return to the game on mobile phone and click “Validate”
8 – Enjoy the game
Reactivate your account
If you ever delete the Sharkabet app from your phone, or if you switch device, you will need to reactivate it. After you download the app, click on the REACTIVATE button. Once you did that, simply enter your email and click submit, you will receive a reactivation code that you type in and all you settings and purchases will be restored. Easy!
Home Screen
Once you have successfully registered on the app, you can start having fun. The picture on the left is the home screen of Sharkabet. This is where you start playing games, view the leaderboard, select your theme, playing modes, categories you would like to play etc…
In the upper row, you can also click on the ? symbol and get the basic help and instructions on the main game features.
Game Modes
On the Home Screen Menu, you can choose between 3 different Game modes, each offers a different playing experience based on your mood, description below.
Classic Mode, you get to fish for letters and you have to avoid catching the shark.
Quick Catch mode, you just tab the letter and it appears in the word tab in the game, this is the best mode if you just want to have some quick fun with the game.
Frenzy Mode, this one is only for the bravest. You can gain extra lives by catching good fish, but, if you catch the shark, you will lose immediately. Since this game mode is more difficult, you will be rewarded with extra coins for every correctly guessed word.
Challenges
Playing Sharkabet through challenges can be one of the most enjoyable ways to engage with the game. Not only do challenges provide motivation to learn and improve, but they also offer the opportunity to compete against friends and earn extra coins by defeating opponents. In this regard, it’s worth exploring how to send and accept challenges, as well as what it takes to emerge victorious.
Sending a challenge Request
Wherever you see this icon, it is likely you will be able to send a challenge by clicking on it. There are several location in Sharkabet from where you can do it, either from the Home Screen, Leaderboard or the dedicated Challenges section. See the examples below.
